I totally understand! Schedules can be a challenge and germs are scary. Or perhaps you only need advice on how to switch up your pumping/feeding routine.

Schedule a virtual consult and you’ll be able to join me over Google Meet for 50 to 75 minutes! Depending on the age of the child, the topics we discuss will include the following:

Basic evaluation of breastfeeding position and latch
Basic pump fit evaluation
Pumping/feeding schedule adjustments
Tips on what to expect in the early days (i.e. infant development, nutritional requirements, diaper amounts, etc.)
Individualized client care plan (delivered post-eval)

These consults can also be applicable if you’d like to discuss topics such as weaning, introduction of solids, mastitis, clogged ducts, engorgement, pump-schedules, and more. I want to equip you with knowledge, empower you with actionable steps, and arm you with education so that you can enjoy this exciting time!

It is highly encouraged to anticipate a follow-up consultation in these situations. Families who participate in more than one consultation benefit from more optimal outcomes. This is due primarily to the fact that a period of time is often required in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan and adjust based on your baby’s response to our approach.
